hi i was wondering if some one could help me i broke my revo 3.3 in the other day it was about 45 degrees out and it ran fine through all 5 tanks of fuel and never quit but i noticed the idele fluctuating up and down on about the 4 tank so i lowered the idle speed and richenend the lowspeed needle and it seemed to help it but when it got to temp on the 6 tank it started to do it again and actually stalled when i would let of the throttle do i have to just go richer with the lowspeed needle because of the cold weather any help would be awesome

Breaking in is not just about running fuel through it. It's all about temperature in the engine.
In cold weather the carb needs to be at a richer setting to compensate for the denser cold air. This, in turn, lowers the running temp of the engine that is already running too cool for proper heat cycling.
You need a temp gauge and you need to insulate the head with the cuff of an infant's sock or tin foil, and start your break-in from scratch.

after and during every tank of fuel i did the drop of water test and it sizzled for about 5 seconds each time

I'm very familiar with Watkin's Glen. I've been to the race track there.
It's also pretty cold right now, and if you're getting that temp, you might be running too lean.
