here is a used revo 3.3 chassis, only place it has some where is on the bolt holes, otherwise its a very clean chassis- $25 shipped

here is a used HBZ 2.5R roll cage, i just dont need it cuz its not compatible with the tenko wing mount i bought. $35 shipped

You will need the front center driveshaft for sure, the front steering turnbuckles and a front skid I think, or maybe a center skid. I think it's front, but I don't want to promise you something that I'm note sure of. It's a very cheap mod to upgrade to the 3.3 chassis, especially with a deal like this one. Other than that, it's a pretty straighforward swap.

the roll cage will fit under the stock 2.5R body

and what charlie said is right about the 3.3 chassis. also i think you might need a 3.3 body. you would not be able to use the roll cage with the 3.3 chassis, its 2.5R ONLY. I'm only getting rid of it cuz i can't use it with the Tenko wing mount i got. so keep that in mind

it bolts on to the rear body mount and the front bumper

if it worked with the Tenko wing mount i got i wouldnt be getting rid of it =]

its definetly tough. and it doesn't block anything when your out bashing. fuel, pull start (or EZ start) glow plug igniter. its all accessible with it on
