OK I have a revo2.5r It is a Crazy little Car when first started., When it Gets to about 1/4 tank it starts Bogging if you gun it and you have the tap the gas and then it like a power band comes on, it runs hard mid to open throttle Bottom end its guttless almost stops on the grass ?

Things i checked
GAs tank is sealed
New gas lines and sealed
Got it "tuned at the local rc shop"
Exhaust is sealed

when he tuned it he just burned just under 3/4 nitro :\so it never came to this problem, Then I fill it Back to full and its back to life again ???

I would remove the gastank and check out the fuel tank stone thats built-in to see if its not clogged and the fuel feed tube has no obstructions...The best thing you can do is remove it and wash it out with hot soapy water and dry it out real good.....If you have a fuel filter it could be causing the problem also by adding restriction from being on backwards or clogged-up...The 2.5 and 3.3 run the best for me with an OS8 glowplug..Just because the hobbyshop tuned it doesn't mean it should run perfect unless the temps and humidity is the same exact as it was when the hobbyshop guy tuned it......The tune on these small nitro engines are constantly changing for the humidity and the ambient temps so youll always be tweaking.....My tune changes between morning, noon and nighttime useage aswell as being sensative and sluggish to thick humid air in all my nitro burning vehicles...I use a black and white composition book as a tuning journal and a Fuezel mini weather station that displays ambient temp/time/humidity and barometric pressure to help take accurate readings so I can keep my engines in tune alot easier than guessing to keep them running their best..

thanks a lot - thats exactly what the problem was. I wasn't able to blow air through until i washed it, now its good to go

good ya got it going, sergemaster is right also. I can't take my 3.3 out without starter, controller,,, and tuning screwdriver. even if your air filter starts getting dirty, you'll start retuning again.keep a full tank!!
