rev high rev low?????

one other question, what is the reason my 3.3 revs high then revs low etc? I've tried dialing in my idle screw but doesn't seem to make a difference. any help will be much appreciated.

As I am sitting there idling it will go high low high low. It doesn't idle at a steady rpm

Yeah the supercharger was more or less for photo op than for practicality. I'll be honest though,I did try to run with it on and QUICKLY realized it was not a good idea.
