This was a fun truck. Not really much use built like this but I always enjoy adding the last of aluminum I can too it. Need a few more parts to get it all alloy.

I’ll post my progress,..

I kept the basher body on it. I like the patina,.. but. I’d like to find another body and paint it up to new.
I’d love suggestions if you know they fit the Rustler wheelbase.

I wish I could help. I might be able too if it’s a small part I got doubles of. I’m planning to build a stock basher with the extras.

One thing I’ve never seen and want is a nice upgrade lower blue chassis for this truck. All I ever seen is stock Traxxas blue ones. Do they exist? Links if you know of one.

They used to. Back from 01-07 thru had a bunch of parts for alot of cars. The nitro sport snd nitro rustler even had a carbon fiber lower chassis.

What ever body you chose, make sure it has a bulge on the left to clear the exhaust.
