Hi peeps,

I have the dreaded Tamiya TGS 1/10 scale Touring chassis which was Tamiya's budget/ entry level nitro car in the early 2000's.

I wanted to know if anyone has replaced the seriously unreliable/ underpowered Tamiya FS-12SS made by O.S. and what was the suitable candidate they used?

I don't want to put anything expensive or rare in. Not worth the chassis or the bashing ;)

Will something like a HPI T-15 fit?

Cheers,

Jah

I have a Kyosho .15 pull start with clutchbell and header for 45 bux has about 1/2 gallon on it.

Hi, thanks for your reply. $45 dollars tells me that you are in the US Maybe? I'm in the UK sorry. Also which Kyosho engine is it? As the older ones like GX-15 has 3 point mounts under the block not the standard 4 screw mounts from the top.

Cheers,

Jah
