I recently tried to get my Nitro Rush running, and knew the pull started was messed up. It would pull, but not retract. So I replaced it with a new one, and I'll be damned if it didn't do the same thing. Any ideas?

By the way, ended up using a starter box, and got it running.
 
You are prob pulling the cord tooo far. To start an engine you make SHORT pulls, not like a lawn mower where you pull as far as you can. Short/quick 4-5 inch pulls will get you going well.
 
That may be. Just tried it and it worked fine.

Thanks for the help with the rookie mistake.
