Just Just got back from a killa' bashing session! The Tmaxx is screaming!!!! After 3 tanks through it my day ended due to stock junk parts. I just purchased a new steering servo from racer_1966. (which I might add is awesome!!!) I'm thinking it has way too much torque for the stock servo horn. My question is....has this ever happened to anyone? And if so, can it be fixed or should I upgrade? My servo is a jr, sport st126mg. I'm thinking a new horn is in order. Something that can keep up with the servo. Somehow, the spring popped right out of this thing. Any advice would be great. Thanx in advance.......Kev.

I had that happen to me once, they wear out and that tends to happen. I say just spend the $5 and replace it instead of trying to fix it.

Cool....ill do that. Do they have anything stronger? Or do I have to buy another stock servo saver? I'm guessing, (like you said), it just wore out.
 
you could buy a solid servo horn, but then you risk stripping the gears, unless its a metal gear servo....

yea its a metal geared servo. Thanx for the help....ill call my lhs tomorrow and get one shipped out. Thanx again.
