Removing Rear Bulkhead?

I am putting on new aluminum bulkheads and i have everything stripped on the rear end except the right rear bulkhead peice and i can't get to the two screws that connect the bulkhead to the chassis. here is a couple pics...

I was just thinking do i need to lift the motor up, then i would have to reallign and that would suck plz help!!!!!!!!!

Is the Ez start in the way...If it you could just pull that off the engine..

nope it is the actual engine!

Pull the engine it's easy to align use a piece of note book paper to set mesh etc...

I have no idea how to do that, I've never done it before.
And hey maxx where in oregon do you live cause i live in Vancouver right across the river from portland.
