Does it seem like a reasonable accessorie to anybody? Also where could I get a hold of one these things? I saw them on youtube and have asked around but nobody seems to know. I Have a tmaxx classic and want it to go faster without sacrificing acceleration. What would be best for that?:fro:

Remote starters are pretty slick if you want to impress, but you'll need an extra channel, servo and momentary on switch plus another stick pack and some circuitry to give the glo plug 1.5 volts.. By the time you're through, you've added a LOT of weight for an occasional grin.

btw if I made my tmaxx foreward only, could I use the shifting servo to start the truck? also could I addapt my ezstart to be wireless? thoughts?

I am sure you could just run wires from your ez-start to the wire harness..you would need some way of actuating the push button though. use the extra servo from your reverse to push the button somehow.

I was thinking of wiring the batterie straight into the ezystart plugin and use the servo for a toggle switch.
