Reedy vr121

i have a reedy vr121 and the sleeve is too tight for the starter box to turn it what can I do to listen it up some other than to heat it before trying to start it

Loosen up the glo-plug when you start it ,an once it starts ,remove igniter as the engine is running
an tighten it back up. It helps big time!...

Also check you haven't over primed the engine.
