Can anyone suggest a good fuel to use in my savage 25? I have had so many thrown at me in the shops i am confused:dumb: I need some sound advise can anyone help me??:microwave

The age old question.

IMO,
Use a name brand fuel designed for cars of 20-30% nitro.
Get a fuel that is easy to find and your LHS keeps in stock.

If your new to Nitro you may want to stay away from anything labeled Racing blend. They usual contain less oil and are not as forgiving as a standard blend. Once you have more experience with tuning and running of your RC then you may want to try a racing blend.

You will find that everyone has an opinion on this subject and will be more than glad to tell you. The most important factor is get an easy to find name brand designed for RC cars.

This is nice to know but please follow up with some information to support your opinions.
Thanks,

I'll second the entirety of Eddy's post, and refute the StreetFighter.

I run Blue Thunder in all of my engines. Why? For the most part because of what Eddy has said with respect to availability...and the fact that my engines seem to run cooler with it. I tried a couple other brands before settling on Blue Thunder, and the smurf juice (because it is blue) seems to work the best for me.
