Anyone know where to get those little silicone or plastic reciver covers that just slip over the reciver to protect it?

Thanks
David

As far as I know you can do this with a balloon actually I would recommend two depending on how daring you are. Also us e this on your servos if you do not plasti dip them.

I only run at the track so no plasti dip on servos for me. I thought about baloons. I just want to cover up my Sensor tranciver.

I know HPI used to, but I can't find it, so maybe they don't make it anymore. You might want to try and see if GS has one.

A ballon will encapsulate the receiver. I think this is better than the cover. This is the same one used on the rs4, correct? if that's the case, just balloon it and zip tie the end where the wires come out. Cheaper and more covers when the old one finally needs changing.

"cover slim clear pink"? Almost sounds a Japanese condom ad.

I was thinking try GS, but I like the idea of the balloons. Cheap, plentiful and you can almost go to any Toys 'R' Us or 7-Eleven and pick them up.

that's a better shot of those things. I just can't see how it will be much good at protecting anything with that big gapping hole. Rather use the baloons or hard plastic RX box. those may be ok for keeping dust down but I wouldn't trust it to keep water out.

Pierow.

Send me a PM with your address.
I have Kyosho receiver covers (NIP). I dont know if it will serve your purpose, but maybe you can make it work.
You can have one for free.
The only thing it might cost you is a feedback for me. :smoke:
