Hey guys,

Just wondering if any of you could help me find a reciever box for my maxx. The stock one pinches the wires on the servos and stuff.... Is there any that will fit on the maxx that i don't have to drill holes for that wont pinch the wires? Or is there anything that i could do to mod it? I wont be running in the mud or snow, so i think I'm ok there. Help would be appreciated! Thanks. :hammer:

their should be a small gap on the box were u can rout the wires out and if it still wont work u can make the gap bigger and just use some silicon to seal it up

Its the little gap that is making it pinch... the box snuggly fits over the reciever anyway, so i need to dremel some i guess!

their is also a gap on the base of the box I think but I ended up dremeling it out a bit just dont go crasy

A sharp razor knie (solid) metal box cutter type) Will make short work of it.

be careful i notched mine to route the wires for my battery pack so i did not have to undo the box everytime and they are very brittle ,,,
just my :2cents:

What is brittle? I notched out the reciever box, so now it works. I had to wait till this morning because as soon as i tried last night, the batteries died in the dremel. Got it workin though.
