On my 5sc I have a venom 5000 mah pack that just won't fully charge. The highest I can get it to is around 3000 mah charge after I discharge it completely and let it sit before the recharge. So I'm wondering what else I can run instead of NIMH? I like the stock radio and has done me well. I also cannot afford a new radio and I have a venom charger that can charge everything. Have you tried using the Venom Charger to run the pack through multiple charge/discharge cycles? Sometimes that's what it may take to wake up a battery to its full potential.

Yes I've tried both leads and charge/discharge rates. Currently doing 1.0 amp discharge and 1.5 charge amp with the safety timer off. The most I've charged it at was 4 amps and 2.5 discharge amps.
