Long story short, I found a video on youtube of a guy rebuilding his Tmaxx diffs, I just have a couple questions about it.

What can I use to clean them? Just compressed air? Some kind of engine cleaner?

I plan on using the bad horsie diff locking grease. Do I literally pack the diffs with as much as I can get in there? Or do I just give it enough so its on the gears and shaft?

Is there some kind of kit I can buy with all the bearings, etc?

Here's the vid I found

I use carb cleaner to clean the years and cups. You should pack the cup full enough so that no excess is squeezed out when you install the ring and pinion gear on the cup. I buy all my shims in large quantities to have on hand when needed.

Would it be a good idea to replace the bearings or should I just clean them up and oil them? I forgot about shimming the diffs, I'll have to do that to. What kind of shims do I need?
