its looking pretty good. Id concentrate on just the flames before I started putting skulls into it though. But yeah, gettin closer I think.

It's looking great. Nice mix of hard and soft edges. Next big step is integrating another color into it and making the 2 fade together. You're definitely off to one hell of a start.

What i d do is rotate your shield if you have several shapes on it or use a few different ones so you get slightly different and a tad more irregular flames of different shapes and sizes. It brings a lot more depth and life to the bunch .
