RCX 2010 is a month earlier this year on Mar 20th and 21st at the Pomona CA Fairplex Complex.

Anybody plan on attending?

I will be rolling down there on the 19th with Team FastEddy and will be at the show hovering around the TGN booth on both days.

Hopefully I don't come home this time with 22 staples in my melon. LOL

Oh yeah I remember that...... I've seen a few guys trying to catch a RC car with their teeth, it never ends well.


The closest we have over here is the Nürnberg toy fair, which wasn't too long ago. And 600 miles is a long way to travel. :)
 
Best I get is the Futaba cup every year or so and that is just a airplane and heli competition. Cool to watch though. Yeah watch your back this time Rob....if you do get hit with something try to have it be a AE18 or something. No need to take on another 1/5 scale to prove how tough you are to make up for the prancing ponies... ;)
 
Hey Rob just make sure you stay away from John this year and I think you will be ok, LOL!!!! He has a track record going that is not very good, LOL!!!!!
 
Woo Hoo!

Short work week this week and I am on my way to RCX on Friday morning.

I had planned on taking my LCC down to crawl with the big boys on the TCS course, but I experienced technical difficulties this weekend (dig switch went POOF). I ordered a new one, but doubt it will make it to me by Thursday. I hope it does though.
 
Maybe someone there will have one there that you can steal... I mean borrow if yours doesn't come in in time.
 
Damn you guys are lucky! Would love to go to one like that. We have something 3 or 4 hours away, never been.
But it's nothing close to what RCX is.

Take plenty of pics in between all the fun you are having.

We will be running our live broadcast for the 4th year in a row with THREE live feeds from the show, including live interviews, for those who can't go. Photos and videos will also be posted throughout the day (no need to wait til the show is over). A chat is available too. 100% free, and no waiting in a que to watch! :)

That won't be as good as being there...

But sounds pretty sweet. I'll try to check it out.
Is it going on as long as the show lasts?
 
It will be during show hours. I'll also have it up intermittently on Thursday/Friday while I set up. Actually going to the show is of course better, but for people who can't make it, its great. We have viewers from over 50 different countries tuning in every year.
