Well just won an auction on fleabay for various items for my maxx and one happens to be a full set of RCRaven dual rate springs. Has anyone used these on the maxx and do you like them? Lemme know plz.

Michael

thanks I should get them in a fewday gonna try them on my msr4 piggybacks

I ran them on my BigBores too and LOVED them. I ran the silver set (heavy) for bashing on my old style maxx.

Awesome springs. They perform exactly as the manufacturer describes.

I'm running a set of these with my MSR4 piggybacks. *Huge* improvement over the previous setup - (stock shocks w/ heavy springs). I'm still getting them dialed in, though.

well I put on my RCR springs on the front w/trinity blues on the back (they were already on and I was waaaaay to lazy to switch all the way around seeing how this would be my 5th msr4 shock setup. I love the way the truck handled!!! what a world of difference. Now I am putting them all the way around and getting rid of my other spings thanks guys.

I have a set on bigbores but I think they're a wee bit too firm for my liking. My truck is set up to be lightweight. I think I might make the switch to one in every corner or maybe some racerX's.

I use the big bores to and jump muy maxx probably 12 feet up and i use trinity blue springs and have not had a problem

plus a high weight shock oil because of the weight of my maxx, very heavy, take a look

well I was running trinity blues w/50weight oil and didnt like it at all. Truck would bottom out didnt seem like it wanted to return to normal height (no real serious jumps either) I won the RCR's with some other stuff I bid on and I figured I would try them out. I love em now.
