Sorry guys, I'm back - Error, set up that Inet fund, LOL!
I had wanted to do it in January for a couple of reasons - first, as it is sooner than Feb, plus the weather down here is better. For some reason, Feburary gets pretty cold in Orlando - not as bad as up north, but still in the 40-50's - for some reason , January is usually alot better.
Seems to me - that we have three possible dates.
JAN 1st-4th - But NCNitro might not make it the first couple days
JAN 8th-11th - But now we lose Skymaxx
FEB 12th-15th - Everyone should be able to attend, but along time away.
ideas - comments?

Oh and for the record a month longer when we're talking about a bash that's 3 months away is not a long time in my book. For the record the Feb timeframe might be better for some of us that might need a tax return to finance our trip or to get a little closer to paying off X-mas bills.

If it was in Febuary I might be able to make it down and make a nice vacation out of it for my family. I'd probably drive down. I guess I'd have to convince the wife from a $$$ standpoint.

Feb works fine for me. I would definately like Sky to be able to attend, it would be great if Darth could make it too, so I would rather wait a little longer, and get a few more guys to make it. Jan is going to be a little tight for everyone anyway I would think, following the holidays.

The first 2 weeks in Feb. are open for me.... After Valentines day, I have too many Birthdays in the family... I'd be crucified If I werent around for the wifes B-day...lol

While my calender is open for any date we need to decide a specific date and stick to it. The more date changing we do the harder it will be to have the session. I hate to say it but we need to put a date down and leave it at that date and if it does not fit into a few people's schedules then either they change their previous plans or they just don't come. I hate to be the one not being able to accomodate everyone but we'll never have a date that's good for all the members.

That is a bad Feb date. My wife would shoot me if I trucked her and the family down to Orlando over Valentine's Day and then spent the weekend playing without her. Heck, you could count me dead and buried if I left her behind and went to Orlando without her that weekend. Either way, I'd be a dead man. Choose another date in Feb...the following weekend looks promising.

LOL - u noticed that too, eh? i forgot about the Feb 14th issue. I'm not married, so i didnt think of it.
I am starting a new thread with a poll for some dates. Which ever one gets the most votes, wins. Tough luck for those that need to change plans.
