That's what I was going for, nice and simple.

How about this?
nitro_circle.jpg

Go easy, it's my first creation in Photoshop:D
I like that one. Simple but gets the point across.

My question is how are we going to choose. We have so many.

The mods and admins will pick out the top 5 or so we like then open a poll for everyone to vote upon.

* One Rule: Whatever you submit to us must be your own work/design. Do not infringe on any copyright laws or else we cannot accept it. Since this will be going on a shirt to be sold and to make profit (all profits go back into RCNT.com). "

Well this ruled out about all of them.

There is obvisoly some major confusing with this. WoodiE your gonna have to find out what is legit or not. I have some images on there from the traxxas web site but the name is not on there just the truck. If we can't use any of the trucks we should have every one post there cars/trucks/boats ect so we can use them. Please get in to greater detail with this because I don't want to make 50 designs and you can't use them because there is a Traxxas T-Maxx or a Nitro TC3 ect. Please give us the designers more information regaurding the copyright information.

WoodiE it would also be smart to post ALL of the HTML color codes blues grays whites ect. so we can match the designs with the site.

The images from the traxxas site, or any other are copyrighted material. Why not just go out and take a few pics of your t-maxx. like Sky and I do.

If its got a company name on it, you can bet its copyright protected.

I'll post the HEX codes of the colors later this evening for those of you that dont want to view source.

El Pirata - No this wasn't mentioned in the 1st post, just something i forgot to state.

WoodiE when viewing source it gives you a crap load of stuff to sort through. Would be easyer just to type in the codes.

So how bad are you gonna jack us on these shirts and hats man?

Why would he "Jack" you?

Well everyone has diffrent opions on how to run a site. I personally hate advertizing on a site unless that site is owened by who ever is addvertising on it. That is why I am glad my Firewall blocks adds pop-ups and all that other crap. So when I come here no popups and no adds :).
Anyway some people feel diffrently like Woodie hence the advertising on every page and the paypal donate button on the home page. I personally don't like stuff like that.
Its really not that expensive to get a site and bandwidth to run it on Mayhem. I mean for 150 bucks you can get a copy of Vbulliten and for another 100 bucks you can host a site for a year with 10 gigs of bandwidth a month. So its really not that expensive anymore.
Anyway if all the funds are going back into the site I was just wondering how much money they were planning on making per shirt. If its more than a couple, 3 bucks a shirt I think that is JACKING people AKA Robbing them.
Anyway this is just my take man. Hence the orgianl question. X

I no all the hosting and domain stuff used to work for nbaSLAM.com (closed) and ps2empire.com (still running) and somtimes you have to have ads on your site so you don't lose money and you still have relibal content.

I don't think WoodiE would charge anymore then what is need to keep the site up and running without him going in debt. I'm sure 12 dollors for a shirt won't hurt anything(that is just a guess price)

Where do you get 15 gig for 150 a year every place I know is like 15 dollars for a low space site and that is per month. 20 dollars for the domain name a year.

also.. Some banners are you help out a friend. Like Fast Eddy and Ink Sale a banner dosen't get me mad. A site that is never updated up sets me.

well here is who Woodie uses mayhem as his host

here is your vbullitin prices here is your domain name for 9 bucks a year any more ?'s

basically for the cost of one gallon of nitro you can run a site for a month X

considering no one is being forced to buy a shirt or hat or anything else at that matter I'm not sure how anyone is being 'jacked'

As far as prices for shirts, that I do not know. Depends on how many people are interested and what kind of cost its going to be to make the shirts.
