Can you post the vid? I would still like to check it out. Had I been able to make it this time, I had planned on doing that jump w/ my Savage. Watching EP jump it last time, made me want to try it myself. I just want to see what would have happened to me. LOL

I have clean footage of the Savage jump...not pretty. I'll post up my video shots of the huge air sometime in the not too distant future. It shouldn't take me long to get it all done...less than five minutes total of footage.

Final damages on my three buggies four MBX-5 shock shafts (all replaced by spares on hand) and one Storm rear bulkhead (the picture shows the damages...the four screws holding the shock tower on got pulled out of the bulkhead...no biggie...have a spare in my box)

The XTM truck that showed up was a nearly new Mammoth. I'd like to say I was impressed...but I wasn't.

I emailed Sky some pics to post, but he couldn't open the folder. I'll try another way, and also try to post directly, when I get home tomorrow.... EP: Yes I have ED's infamous "attempt at a self-vasectomy" pic. I'll get it on here somehow.
By the way, add to the list my damage....Ofna MBX: Fuel tank cracked all to hell, and a trashed body (so far).....Rustler: Ripped header coupler, broken shock end, and chewed wiring (how that happened is a mystery)....overall, I came out pretty cheap.
 
I think we all came away on the cheap side as far as damages go. Heck...I was able to drive away from the monster jumps with my worst damage being a single sheared shock shaft.

I did forget to mention that an uncommanded run off that berm resulted in a WOT back flip that landed across the street and bounced. End result was one broken lower a-arm (cracked that bitch in half like a wishbone).

Overall really cheap bash session with some seriously priceless jumps and fun...

Thanks man, I was pretty physced (sp) because it was my first time pushing my buggy to the limits. Even without the wing "couldnt order in time for bash" it flew just fine. Thanks again man... makes me feel accomplished :cheers:

For the Savage, WOW that was funny and cool at the same time, Rob didnt even hit the throttle that hard and it landed in the middle of the road. Popped the pipe off the coupler though haha, loud BURRRRRRRR.

Overall i think i had one of the coolest times with the guys today in a long time. I Definatly would like to be included in the next HMP Roads ECB.

I'll check back for more pics and video tape

oh and Loser, thanks for the cool pic of my buggy up in the air at that angle :)

Sorry to say, but I did more driving than filming this time. El Pirata and Loser were shooting most of the time, and will be producing whatever vids they can.

Marc...bummer on the long work day. The bash might have been just the medicine you needed. Maybe next year.
 
Well I talleyed up my damage costs and its about 47 bucks, not bad for launching 4 times and bashing all day.

By the way, nice video's sky.

I don't see any pics with ImBroken or Ratzo. I'm guessing they were not able to make it down for the bash?
 
Nope, they thought it might be wiser at the last minute for them not to spend 16+ hours in a car for 6 hours of bashing. Go figure?
