i try but i always burn everything...lol
I need to set reminders about eating, during the week I'll always forget. For the most part, the only time I eat "breakfast" foods is when we're having it for dinner.

lol...stoves come with a numbered dial ...you can adjust the heat intensity 
...on high , you will burn stuff...on low it will simmer...you have to find the sweet spot to cook properly ..lol
