After a bad wreck a couple months ago, I'm trying to get this thing going again. I got the replacement parts and put it all together. Now, its doing something that i just can't figure out.

First off, the steering linkage is rubbing the driveshaft. It seems to all be back together correctly, but its still rubbing it.
Here's a pic:

When i have the top plate off, the shaft spins along with the diffs, as soon as i screw it back down, it locks up and i can't spin more than one wheel at a time.

Any idea's on this? Help would be greatly appreciated.

I really can't tell from the pic, do you have any higher resolution pictures...possibly from the other side as well? Is it just rubbing on the top plate on the front differential? All I can think is that your servo isn't pressed down or in the right position and it's causing it to bind up?

Does it act differently if you turn the wheels all the way to the right?

The shaft just rubs the servo link with the plate off. Thats the best pic i could get. The wheels wont turn anyway you turn them. Everything seems to be in the right place. Maybe ill take it to Hobbytown tomorrow and see if the know.

Mine is in there tight, might I ask what all parts you replaced when you had your collision?

Here's the best pic I have on file, it has rubbed a little of the finish off, but doesn't give me problems.
