this car looks like it is a little wider for its scale. do all 1/18th bodies fit on it

yea i no they make bodys for it but three isnt much of a selection. they look demented in the pics. so it got me thinking that regular 1/18th bodies wouldnt be wide enouph to get the wheels inside it.

The stance on a 18R is a little wide and out of scale to a true 18th scale car such as the M18.

This is why the 18R bodies look so pudgy.

While other 18th scale bodies will fit with some creative mounting, they will not completly cover the tires.

thanx guys thats a real turnoff for me. i was gonna get one but not any more.

New Question
what other cars are 1/18th and 4 wheel shaft drive?

Xray M18 is a true 18th scale touring car that is 4wd shaft driven.
