Does any one have the EXACT measurements for the front and rear dogbones??

A friend of mine (spee-d) and I own Megatech 1/18 scale trucks that look almost identical to the RC18. And we are running out of dogbones and want to see if those fit.

Help Please.. So far its the weakest point of the truck.. and I'm HARD on this thing.

i do believe that the mega tech uses the same chassis as the rc 18 so does the radioshack propulse and a few chinese knock offs

well the pro-pulse stuff was made by megatech. same truck, but were paying $30 for RTR, $1 for a full set of tires (thats right, ONE dollar) and something like $6-$7 a battery...

so your saying that the rc18 stuff should fit? we need dog bones and diffs!!

I'm not sure how the diffs are in the pro pulse but that is the same exact chassis as the rc18 you ccan buy a radioshack aluminum upgrade kit and put it on your associated

well, for $7 a kit, i think its worth to try lol. thats for the dog bones...
The MIP superdiff kit is like $30, so that might require a little more research

trust me you wont find mip diff any where for cheaper than 30 dollars i have tried but what you can do is just get alloy diffs from toadz toyz on ebay they go for 10 dollars a set and he usually tries to ship out on the same day then get your carbide diff balls and it makes for a very durable set for about 10 to 15 dollars less

If you're losing so many dogbones, you might want to look into CVDs. The end of the dogbone closest to the wheel is captured and won't come off. There are several different vendors that make them for the RC-18 series.
