rc10gt ride height?

i mean if i am doing ride height by say inches or cm where do i measure from such as from point A to the ground

Why would you need to measure the ride height? All you gotta do is cycle the suspension up and down a few times and see where the truck comes to rest on it's own. For racing you'll want the A arms to sit level or slightly below level, for bashing you may want some more ground clearance though.

because I'm dificault like that and also I'm racing oval so i want to know exactly were my car sits on the ground

Aha, I see. Well I have no experience in oval so I may be wrong. But for a starting point I'd say A arms at or slightly below level, and a fairly stiff suspension setup. Say maybe 60wt in the reat with a two hole piston, and 50wt in the front with a two hole piston. That should hlep eliminate the body roll yet still be soft enough for sharp bumps and such. Again, I could be wrong though.

ok lol well i have another question the track that I've been running my car is decently banked, realy wide, and its pretty big (its a dirt go-kart track) the car has been pushing like a pig, i could barely get on the gas through turns, i ziptied a skateboard bearing on the right front A-Arm do you think that would get rid of the push? were could i add shock spacers to losen it up?

Is this LTO left turn only dirt oval stuff? If so the bearing trick will have little to no effect. If it is pushing the front, you need to soften the front and stiffen the rear. The opposite is true for a truck that is too tail happy. It may take some time to find that happy balance between railing the corners and spinning out though.

but weight to the RF (the bearing) will increase traction in the RF forcing the car to turn right??

Well that answers my question about it being left turn only. Yes, that may increase traction on the right front, but it's a band aid on the problem at best and not a solution. But hey, whatever works for you man.

i dont feel like tosing money into rebuilding my LR shock wich completely poop the bed on me so i have no other way of moving weight
