I seem to keep breaking these things left and right
ascc2321.jpg
does anyone else find this to be a weakspot on thier trucks?
I found these from calandra racing

There the only aluminium ones I could find, and I am not sure if I am buying the little axels or the hubs, cause calandras casue them a housing. anyone else know where I can find some of these in titanium or maybe like RPM stuff?

I havent seen titanium ones.
I think the real problem is you it would not break if you didn't hit anything

your absolutely right highflyin that is the biggest problem! Even though that has been what is breaking them, its still a weak link in the truck and it needs replacing.

I haven't ever broken them.
If your braking the plastic ones, the alum. ones wont help much. You will just find yourself spending more.

There are some weak links in the GT but this isn't one of them.

weuird cause i have broken 3 of these, of course I have hit somethign each time it broke but sometimes not very hard and they still snapped.

I haven't broken those but have broken caster blocks on my rustler. but only when I hit my dad's truck at 45 or 50. I didn't even brake them when I hit a fire hidrent in mid air.

Just........

continue to sharpen your driving skills and you'll very rarely ever break those....... curbs, trees, track barriers and other immovable objects will break stuff if you hit them hard enuff........the GT is a great little race truck...... that aluminum piece looks nice......the only drawback is if you are constantly hitting things, you'll end up breaking something more expensive after going to the aluminum stuff.....that's my .02...........just keep at it and enjoy....peace ya'll....

Is the Pull Start on the 15 engine a week point because, mine snaped today?

i agree

ya my front hubs breaks too, he rc 10 gt isnt what its craked up to be, i go so slow into stupid things and it just falls apart, and my pull start is messed up it slipps and barley starts now

i have the rpm hub carriers for my t-maxx...i think rpm makes them for rc10gt's also...they've survived screw shearing crashes so far with no sighns of fatigue whatsover, maybe try those?

spanko123 the pullstart is not broke. The one way bering is got oil in it.Just take off the pullstart and spray the bearing nit nitro blast or some other cleaner. That happens to any engine with a pullstart no matter how good the engine is.
