Hey I know these threads regarding RC10 Gt's vs the XXX-NT have been done, but my question is specific to the rc10 GT factory model. I have the chance to snag one for a decent price. There is a track that is indoors that most of the guys race ST's. Does anyone have specific experience with the RC10GT Factory? What are the pros and cons, how does it compare to the Drake?

as a side note, this one is a pull start version, would the motor mounts be the only thing I would need to change to convert it to bumb start?

Fill me in here fellas

I don't have experience with the Factory Team version so I can't answer the first part.

But to convert to bump start, you'll need to change the motor mount and the flywheel. It shouldn't be to expensive....

The both trucks are good. I have an older Losi GTX and had an RC10GT. They both were very good trucks. The RC10GT seemed to handle a little better and parts were much easier to come by than Losi parts.
As for the changover. You will need to change engine mounts and flywheel and it would hurt to dump the pull start and put a finned end plate on the engine to reduce the weight. You are then commited to a starter box though.
