rc crank packing?

i have heard that you can pack an rc crank with 3 bond but how do you do it? Id like to give it a try

There is two reasons for this mod.
First is lightening the crank. You need a very precise drill press/mill to drill down through the center of the crankshaft.
Then the epoxy is applied and shaped to form a ramped effect to aid fuel flow. There is no point to the mod without drilling out the crank.
