I Am looking around to see if anyone else is running different glowplugs in their RB I have Been to the RB Forums and everyone their says to use the RB Brand plug, But I have to order those through Mail order. Is anyone else Having Good Luck With Other brands of plugs? I run 20% sidewinder Fuel. :ponder2:

He posted in the Revo forum, so must be a Revo. I use the McCoy MC 59 or stock traxxas 2.5r plug. That is what RB recommends for the TM 323. I have never seen a different recommendation by RB.

Oh, and for that mill, I only use 20% Traxxas fuel. All other cars I use Byrons.

Generally speaking (15-20 celsius, 15-20% nitro), a mid block would prefer a medium/cold plug.

Colder weather - hotter plug
Hotter weather - cooler plug
Higher Nitro - cooler plug.

I run the OS A5 (medium/cold) and the Mccoy 9 during summer with 22% nitro. In winter I'll change over to medium/hot plug.

For really cold weather the MC59 would be perfect.

I carry 6 plugs (2 of each) in 3 temp ranges and change them based on the conditions of the day.
