RB S7 question

I got a RB S7 on a buggy I bought used (9807233) is the serial # but anyway I pulled the rear cover to inspect the inside and it looks like the rod is getting wore out cause it has some play were it mounts on the crank. It still has a good amount of pinch and it still runs like a striped ape, what all should I replace? Does the crank end wear down also causing this? What am I looking at $$ wise?

Yea I figured as much,its cheaper to by the rod than the whole engine after it goes BOOM LOL.
