What is the most common dish wheel size for a racemaxx?

I'm looking to get some Proline dish wheels, 1/2" offset 17mm hex, but not sure of the size.
 
Pro-Line’s Velocity VTR 4.0" would be the most common in my area.

I have been hunting down some of the vtr tires to go some of the 1/2in offset wheels I have but appartly proline have discontinued one type of bead and changed to a bead similar to traxxas style
looking on proline's site the only wheels they now have are 0 offset which sucks cause the 1/2in gives a much better stance and handling

Would a offset hex adapter make up for the zero offset wheel?
 
Plenty of VTR 1/2 offsets on the bay.
The adaptors will work to widen the stance but I prefer the 1/2 offset wheel to an adaptor.
I also do not purchase pre-mounts, You will get better performance out of the tire when taped and I do a much better job of glueing than factory.
 
Vtr is the older style ??
I went to one of my lhs yesterday and had a look , all I need for this build is 2 foams but they didnt have anything and I wasn't really wanting to buy a set of tires with the newer bead just for the foams
Ill check out ebay ,I really liked this setup on my e revo
