Ok lot's of racing fun to be had this Sunday in Cloverdale CA at MGM Brakes. This will be a ROAR event hosted by the "Ground Pounders" club. If you do not have a ROAR membership a one-day pass can be had for $15 or pay for the whole year for $30. You have to have a membership for the Ground Pounders and that will $15 for the year. The race entry is $10 per class/vehicle.

I know the comp will be awesome as racing in the North Bay is very popular! I will be racing Novice 1/10 touring gas, but there will be Sportsman and Expert also. This event is Sunday the the 7th. If you have any questions I am sure Jake or Aaron at www.jphracing.com will be more than willing to help you out with information. You can also pm me any questions.

Now lets get ready to rumble!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's too bad that this stuff cost money and you have to work to pay for it, ooh well.

If anyone wants to know this is the site to get information about Nor Cal racing www.rcracing.com . It's got the clubs, the venues and the dates. I KNOW we have a big crowd from the S.F. Bay area and Sacramento are so let's meet up, have fun, and try to keep on the course to turns some laps!:cheers :marshall: : :radio:

Supposed to be 70 degrees and nice for the day. Should be a lot of fun.

Blazer, good luck and enjoy the track time.

My piece of poop Ford Fuckus just shanked me. No race for me this weekend. My car left me in the middle of know where on highway 101 just up and dies like it ran out of fuel, thing was I had 3/4 tank. It just so happens 1 weeks prior my fuel pump was replaced with the new model as the old one was recalled. I called a towing company and it would ong cost me $475 to get me back to Eureka wicj I was about a 100 miles away from. Luckily I had cell phone service and I was in a area where it goes in and out. With $150 to my name it was looking grim. Called the Ford dealership and what do you know only sales people are there and service has gone home until Monday. I am screwed. I look through the glove compartment and there is the Ford road side assitance card. I think what the hell I call the number. Now this car is a 2000 but it is used like 115k miles used and for some reason it had the extended mileage warranty and I was able to get it towed 50 miles to a town and paid $3. So now my car is only an hour south of Eureka, but my old lady and her friend picked me up so I made it home just now. Tow truck driver said I got lucky as the new law is you car can only be on the side of the road for 4 hours before the CHP has it towed. Come Monday me and the Ford dealrship are talking. So no race for my ass, should have bought a damn Toyota or something.

Good to see you made it home.
I didn't wasn't to wear out your cell battery keeping you company. You know I would have come and rescued your ass.

There will be more race days.
I drive a ford as well.

Glad your home safe.

Sorry about ur car. Maybe it wasn't meant for u to race this weekend. Like eddy said there will be other races. Like kwong I also have a Corolla. And my other 2 cars are Nissan & Mazda. Gotta stick to a foreign car, they last longer.

Damn, I didn't know you were serious. Anyhoo, if you want to sell it, i'd only want it as a rolling chassis. Also, i'm still trying to sell my ntc3, so it'll be awhile before I have money for a new on-road.

I have a feeling you'll find a way to get by and keep your r/c's
