Quick Response

Hello all, what do you guys use (Parts in model, Transmitter) to make your model to do a quick response? like doing back flips in air after jump, or on a stand still. I know its all about timing with the trigger but. Even when I try as quick as I can, I could not do it. Those guys that does those kind of tricks must have a fast lightning trigger finger. Do I need those fancy motors servos to do these kind of stunts? Thanks all in advance for some inputs.

Thx Rolex, would you mind educating me on somthing? I have 1/16 revo vxl, what would you recomend for these model as far as hop up stuff? thx in advance.
