Ok i got the new rotostart and installed it. I greased the metal gears in it with hi temp grease. When I first started it it worked great. Now the one way slips bad. Could this be because of the grease that I put on the metal gears getting into the one way or something. Thanks for all the help Matt

yes it could it is not letting the bearing spin the way it is made to .did you see in the directions were it said to lube the gears.mine got misplaced so don't no if you need to or not.

I did not grease my gears at all and have had no problems. I dont think I seen anything in the directions on greaseing the gears.

Clean the gears and the one-way bearing with alcohol......if you try to start to hard for much time, the one-way bearing could loose friction, maybe you need to change it and don't put any grease.....I don't punt anything and works great since 2 months ago...

OK thanks I will clean all the grease off and start over. Thanks Matt
