I am grabbing some parts for a friend and was wanting to make sure I was right on which things to grab. he has the revo 2.5r. now are these ones the same thing as the 3.3 version just different motors?? The revo is one I havent really messed with yet. I am sure I will get to know it because I will be doing 90% of his work so I will know if I will still want one after i am done with his. thanks for the help, traxxas website doesn't keep the manuals up to the olde models and that is retarted!!

The main difference between the two models of the Revo is the 3.3 has an extended chassis. The engine/transmission is basically the same.

what about the a-arms are those the same aswell?? I have to order him a set of a-arms and I dont want to get some and then have to figure something out because they are either to big or to small.. well the classic maxx and the 3.3 maxx had the same it's just the really old models that are different on the arms right??

he is building on a budget right now but yeah I told himrpm would be the way to go. I just got it running for him tonight and the list of parts grew. slipper rebuild kit, front diff needs replacing or rebuilt. and owb i think and that was just ten minutes of looking..
