Pulling her back out

Hey I have a Tmaxx with the 3.3 and i am about to pull her back out. But the problem it has been sitting for a few months almost a year.. But before i let it set i made sure i put After run oil in the motor. I kind of forgot whats the best way to tune this things. So basically i just need some help tuning it.

Whats the best way to tune it?

If it was running good when you put it away, it should be pretty close, just tune for the temp outside.

Yeah I was never good at tuning, So tips, help and explaining the best way to tune it will help me a lot because i sucked at tuning.

Thanks, because i try to get her started today and it would start but it would rev real high then die. Or it wouldn't start at all sometimes.
