Pulled off a hose, where's it go???

I pulled this hose from between the rear shocks on my revo, it looked like a wire so I tugged it (because that's a smart thing to do) and it came off, its a little blue rubber hose, about 3-4 inches long it is about as big around as a wire, it looks just like the glo plug wire that's why I tugged it.

Anybody know what it is too or if it's nothing?
 
lol, something your truck picked up last time you were out bashing. hahah.

theres only four wires on the sucker. if your revo doesn't start anymore then its probably another section of the glow plug wire, but i doubt that. the factory location to run the wires is right between those shocks.

Here's a pic I just took of it, but like I said above it IS NOT a wire it is a hose, it just looks like the glo plug wire, same size and color except it's a hose not a wire
 
sweet, then I shouldn't have anything to worry about lol, The antenna wire was tied to the handle so I made an antenna tube out of a straw, a bendy straw! it looks like a smoke stack coming out and curving back, I'm gonna get some really thick straws and paint them silver

uhhh ok lol I guess thats one way to do it...
 
You're better off getting something like an antenna tube, it will hold and protect the antenna wire better. There are rubber caps that fit over the top of the antenna tubes that secure the wire. An over sized tube can cause problems with the antenna falling down into it. The antenna tube also fits down inside the receiver box, where as a straw won't. This ensures you get the maximum range on your Revo.
 
I cut a side of the straw and kind of twisted it and it fit right in the bottom, I also used an oversized rubber stopper and the wire won't fall through it, My wife just took the camera but I'll show you what I'm talking about later

That will work too. I was going to say you could use an antenna tube and then just put the painted straw over that, so it still looked like an exhaust.

Looks cool.... Till you flip over and slide on your lid for 20 feet :)




Maybe its just me that drives that way lol.
 
I find it looks O.K.(whatever works) PLUS I'm pretty sure nobody else has a Revo like that.:D
 
it does look cool, but as H8z2luze stated you flip it on its lid its gonna sheer that antenna right off.
