Hey again! I've got an issue with my pull starter.. It's got too much tension, once the motor starts.. So much so that the "T" handle doubles over and the pull cord is starting to rip the rubber sleeve.. (I can get it straight right after I start the car, but by the time its run a bit, and I need to restart it for whatever reason, the tension has tightened up as described above) Is there some way I can adjust it? I know the problem is usually the opposite of this, but like everything else with this motor, it's arse backwards.. :D Thanks for any ideas or info!

Pop your recoil off the engine. Pull a little rope out of it with the handle, then feed enough back through the hole to take one wrap off. It should be perfect then.
