I was driving my ansmann virus 3.0 around and it stalled but when I went to start it again the pull starter would not pull. What could be wrong with it and what could I do to avoid this from happening again ? I tried it with the glow plug out and still nothing. The buggy is only 3 tanks old and wasn't driven overly hard yet as I'm still getting used to it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Can you rotate the engine flywheel counter clockwise by hand? If you can rotate the flywheel without excessive force the issue is probably with the pull start assembly and you would need to remove it to find the issue.
If you can't rotate the flywheel that would indicate bigger problems with the engine.

Ye I stripped back the engine assembly and found that the conrod had blown out on the crank end. Where would be the best place to get one or would I be better off getting a full piston and crank ?

I would contact customer support and look to get a replacement engine if you have only run 3 tanks through it and broke a rod.

If they are of no help, I would consider a better quality engine before re-building that one.

Yep i just went through replacing a top end and wasted $50 bucks. It really is worth just getting a new engine as you will find it will cause more headache and cost more money in the long run rebuilding a damaged engine.

You said 3 tanks...is that after break in or are you running it without breaking it in??? Sorry for the dumb question but that's what your post made it seem like lol.
