Hi all, Newbie here!

I have fixwed the hpi pull start on my force 26 engine, however, for some reason the nut that is turned by the pull start is not returning correctly. When the pull start is pulled the engine turns, but it will not retract due to the resistance on nut???

Can anyone offer any suggestions please?

Thanks,
Jon

Stick your finger in there (OWB) and help it recoil itself. You might be able to overcome the resistance. If that doesn't work, hopefully someone else will have an idea so you don't have to take it apart again.

not quite sure what you mean by 'stick your finger in there'? Do you mean where the nut goes into the engine? If so I have tried this... Thanks for your quick response though :) Any other suggestions are still welcome...

Cheers,
Jon
