I've been doing a lot of research, and realized I simply don't have a one way bearing in the new 2013 savage 4.6...

Going through my break in, my issue is the pull start comes up, but wont recoil. I've already removed it and check the string/spring and it's fine, and it recoils in my hand. Already checked for flooding and there doesn't seem to be an issue (unless I'm not looking in enough spots) there either...

When i pull it, it turned the flywheel etc, but wont recoil. If i heat it up, it lets me roll the pull string back up by hand (kind tough, but do-able).

Thoughts?

Sometimes if you overtighten them they will pinch a bit, also clean your owb

NOTE: I'm an idiot, thee is a one way, its just behind the plate on this model... could it be gummed up from my break in?

It usually takes a while for them to get dirty but sometimes they get fudged up during break in
