proline 40 series tires on stock rims?

before I buy...Will the proline 40 series tires fit the stock savage rims?..or do they require proline 40 series rims too?

LOL...thats exactly what i was going to do.

That sucks, i really want these. Is there another racer tire that doesn't have much sidewall flex that i can substitute for?

yeah I've thought about those. I bought a set of tires today but took them back because the threads were messed up from the manufacturer.

would the pins create much body roll in corners from too much grip in tires?

I have heard good things about TRC Paqman's for loose & TRC Micro's for packed - I think they even come mounted.

i have a brand new set of 40 series proline wabash rims. 23mm hexes in yellow. good for racing with bow ties. sell em to ya.

you have to run them w/ bow ties or they'll rub the shock. this is what i've heard but I'm waiting on some tires to try a pair. i got white instead cause i wanted to paint them green.
1/2 inch less offset to handle corners better and turn sharper. i have the chyennes and they are good for bashing only cuase they are really wide , plus some big joes.

here a pic of mine i painted them emerald green.

i ordered rims and tires from that link and it's been almost 2 weeks. no return e-mails, tracking number or anything. just waiting in limbo. i would look around for another seller. rcboyz ship quicker than light.
