i have two problems i hope some of you experienced people can help me with. i have a ntc3 and since I've had it i dont think its been changing gears. i just figured this out recently when i heard someone else's switch gears. so I've been tooling on it to get it to switch into 2nd, but can't seem to get it to work.

I've been having my car for about 10 months, but havent ran it that much at all. when i go and run it, it usually stays cranked and only goes out when i cut it off--i have enjoyed that. yesterday i noticed that it was running a little harder than usual, being quicker and all. but it seemed like my idle was turned up (but i havent touched the thing in months). then it started to cut off on me. for example i was running it in this parking lot (like i always do) and after hitting the brakes and slowing it down it cut off. the only way i could get it to stay running was to hit the throttle some before it slowed down to much. but even doing this, it still cut off. can someone please help. sorry for such a long post. thanx in advance.

hey bro i had the same problem , try checking ur springs in your two speed . I have the pro kits and the springs might be defected. a couple of people i know had the same prob. I switched mine and wham second gear. also I noticed that asco makes two diffrent two speed clutch housing. One of them has a diffrent bore then the other wich makes a bigger gap in the two speed housing. In turns makes the two speed not work!
hope that helps
