problems with trx 2.5R Ok here's the thing yesterday the motor started pretty easy ran it about 20 min an it shut off so I put it away and figured it just needed tuned because it got warmer these past few days so I because it got warmer these past few days so I got it out today and killed two ez start battery packs trying to get it started. It would turn over just wouldn't fire. Glow plug is brand new and checked out. Piston and sleeve look good, so I thought it wasn't getting fuel so I took the tube from the exhaust off and blew into it to.force fuel to the carb and noticed fuel was leaking somewhere under the hsn needle. So I took the motor out and the carb off and there is a crack in the carb under the hsn a little ways. Would this be an air leak and make the motor not fire? NEED HELP PLEASE!!

Also the boot around the lsn is torn pretty bad if that matters..

yes, an air leak will cause issues. do a leak check on it and see if its leaking out the bottom of the carb.

Also, when you say your glow plug checked out? where you using your ez start to check the glow plug? I have checked mine with a separate warmer and then when I put it back in the truck it wasn't lighting the "glow plug" light on the ez start system. I have had anywhere from a back ground (yellow wire) to the pin inside the ez remote had been pushed into the remote. just food for thought.
