instead of sending it in your lhs will sometimes be set up to do the exchange right there.. and yeah there is some good deals on ebay just be carefull !!!! make sure it's new!!!!!!!! dont get anything that says slightly used!!! you see what happens when you get used.. you are taking a gamble.. I can't get the pics to come up right now so I can't take alook at the pics right now, but will as soon as I can... but definetly make sure it is new.. a good idea is when you buy a new engine buy a davis diesel conrod and seal your engine and it will last you alot longer!!!!! good luck and if I see any deals on ebay I will send you the item number so you can take alook at it..

I'm going to exchange the 3.3
 
if you get anew 3.3 you should reallylook into the davis diesel con-rod it will toughen up ur 3.3 and you wont have to worry about split con-rods again
 
How much are those? I just bought a 3.3 off ebay for 117.

ok bought a used t maxx 2.5 with a 3.3 upgrade yesterday it has ezstart on it it ran great the first three tanks i dont have a book on it so idk what to do when i put the ez start to the connector all it does is one (bump) on the starter doesn't try to turn over at all I've checked the glowplug its good I'm thinking its the starter on the side of the motor any advice would be awesome i love this truck & i have alotta tough parts on it from robinson racing products & a really good traxxas tuned pipe i am beginning to thing this ezstart crap aint what its all cracked up to be my acme monster t never has a issue starting neither does my hpi rs4 I've got it tuned just fine & its dailed in & i clocked it yesterday full throttle 75 mph any help would be awesome :D
