Hey guys i have a slight problem I'm trying to put in my 20 t clutch bell to try it out but it doesn't fit so i had to move the engine but one of the screws on the chassi is stripped so i can olny get 3 of the 4 screws out to move the engine any good ideas to help get it out.

Put a groove in it with a dremel and use a flat head to pull it out.

If the hole is stripped, try cutting a groove with a dremel tool, and use a flat head screwdriver.

Hey Pierow.

I like your Idea better.
Look at the times of the posts.
Thats funny

If it was me I whould get out my tourch and heat it up just till the point its glowing..Then grab it with your bare fingers and twist!!!!

disclaimer do not try this It will ruin your chassie or worse..
You may get burned.... and this was a joke :jk:

There is something wrong with you.

You have to let the noobs find out the easy way on there own.
Until then, they have to use a dremmel.

Disclaimer: Just incase any newbie is actually thinking of touching a glowing hot piece
of metal, This was not the real way to do it.
Refer to post 2 and 3.

Hey Zan. You never know!!

lol

Are you sure it's not the end of the Allen key that's rounded off? If it isn't 6 sharp edges, grind it shorter to get to a fresh spot. Slowly. If it gets too hot it will lose it's hardness.

WAt else could i do because i dont want to burn it off and i dont have a torq wrench.

Either use a dremel with a cutting wheel and make a notch or look if Sears has Screw out bit .

You might want to cut a groove in the head with a dremel, and use a flat head screw driver. :hammer:
