I have this gear I don't now how it's the name it is the second time that it's broken it is exist in aluminum?

Aluminum? That would be crazy. Try meshing the gears together properly. What rc car is this? A revo? You might have a broken motor mount.
 
Hi yes is a revo 3.3 and no I don't have anything broken in the motor the shop were I buy the parts that it's a stone
 
You might have a broken motor mount, you'll have to take it apart to check. If the motor mount is good, you'll need to mesh the gears better.
 
Broken spur teeth are usually not a sign of a mesh issue, more often its a tight slipper and on throttle landing that causes a broken tooth. (Other than debris getting caught in the spur).
