I'm having a problem with my throttle linkage popping off the carb arm. It only happens if I overshoot a jump and land hard and flat. It's killing me at the track.. I've tried different ball ends and different angles of the carb's arm but with no success. Any ideas or suggestions?? I'm running a TTR S3 with an O.S. RG.

What if you would move the carb arm ball end? There is a set screw that you can loosten and turn the ball. Maybe a different angle would solve your problem.

Edit...I didin't read your whole post.....

What if you would try a different carb arm?

have you tried the snap type linkage rod ends ysed on control horns for model planes ? they work realy well & I've never had one pop off or anything and cheaper too........
